and Posso <br />Nays, 1Vone. <br />Motion caxried. <br />The Mayor then appointed Mr. Voorhees and Mr. Corlett as a <br />committee to have charge of renting the Town.Hall. <br />It was moved by Mro Parker, seconded by Mr. Willis, tYiat <br />said appointments be approved. <br />Roll Calla Ayes, Messrso Willis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays, None. <br />Nlotion carried. <br />The Mayor then appointed the following members to comprise <br />the Welfare and Relief Committee: Me:ssrso Fisk9 Parker., and Doster. <br />It avas then moved by PJfr. INillis, seconded by Nfrv Parker that said appoint- <br />ments be approvedm <br />Roll Call: Ayes9 Messrsm Willis9 Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Possa <br />Nays, None, <br />Motion carrierie <br />It was then moved by IiHr. Corlett9 seCOnded by Mr. Parker, <br />that Mr. Willis be elected President pro tem of the Council. <br />Poss. <br />Rol1 Calls Ayes, Messrso Corlett, Parker, Voorhees, Fisk, <br />Nays, 1VIr. 1Nilliss <br />Motion carriedo <br />The bonds of C. C. Scheuring as Treasurer in.,the sum of <br />$5.,000.00 and Eulalia S. Bennett as Clerk in the sum of $500.009 were <br />presented. The above bonds were approved by the Mayor as to surety and <br />by the solieitors as to form. <br />Mr. Willis then introduced Ordinance Noe 151 entitled "An <br />Ordinance Providing for the Enployment of Legal CounciZ for Mayfield <br />Village", which ordinance was given its first readingo <br />It was then moved by 1VIr. Poss, seconded by Mrm Corlett that <br />the rules of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days <br />be dispensed with and that Ordinance No. 151 be placed upon its final <br />passage. <br />Roll Call: Ayes. Messrs. YVillis' Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Posso <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carriedo <br />
