MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />HELD kUGUS'1 209 19340 <br />- The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Totivn Hall, <br />Mayfield Village' Ohio, on the 20th day of kugust' 1934' at 8 o'clock P. M. in <br />regular meeting' Mayor pona1d Doster presiding. <br />? Roll Ca11r Present, PJessrs. Willis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Posse <br />Absent, None. <br />The minutes of tlze regular meeting held July 16th, 1934, were <br />read to the Council0 It v,ras moved by ?trr. Poss' seconded by IUIr. Corlett9 that <br />the minutes of the regular meeting held July 16th, 1934, be approved as read. <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes, Nlessrs. Willis, Corlett, Pa.rker, Fisk9 <br />Voorhees and Possa <br />Nays, NoneO <br />PJiotion carried. <br />Minutes approved. <br />Tnsurance policies for Town Hall vvere presented to the Council, <br />said policies were approved by the solicitors and accepted by the Councilo <br />A letter from Mr. C. 17. Switzer YTas read to the Council in re- <br />gard to renting his barn for a packing house. <br />The solicitor was instructed to answer iViro Switzer4s letter <br />and to advise him that the administration of the Village was unalterably opposed <br />to such use of his propertym <br />Discu.ssion vJas had on Zoning of, Village and the matter vias con- <br />tinued until next meeting. . <br />It was then moved by Mr. Voorhees, seconded by Mr. Parker, <br />that the Village Engineer be authorized to check specia.l assessments for errors <br />and to certify assessments to the County Auditoro . <br />Roll Call: A-yes9 1Vlessrso V4T1111S9 Corlett, Parker9 Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays9 Nonem <br />' Pllotion carried. <br />Pdrre Parker introduced Resolution No. 87 entitled "A Resolution <br />Authorizing the Clerk of'iVlayfield Heights Village to Act as paying agent of <br />Nlayfield ToTranship Bonds". ` <br />. .? _ It was then rnoved by 147rs Parker, seconded by IVIr. Fisk, that <br />the rules of laNr requiring resolutions to be read on three different cl.a.ys be <br />suspended and that Resolution No. 87 be placed upon its final passagea <br />Roll Cal1: Messrso Vdillis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees <br />A_yes, and Poss. <br />Nays9 None. <br />Motion ca_rried.
