Commission: Mre Harry Lockemer for the term ending December 31' 1935; Mro <br />W. F. Sickman for the term ending December 31, 1937 an.d Mr. Grove Shephard <br />for the term ending December 31' 1939. <br />It was then moved by Mro Willis' seconded by Mre Fisk, that <br />Dlfrv Poss be the councilman appointed to the Planning Commission. <br />Roll Calla Ayes, Messrs. Willis' Corlett., Parker9 Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carried. <br />iVtro Voorhees then introduced Ordinance No. 137-P entitled <br />"An Ordinance to Pay Certain Bills". which ordinance was read to the Council. <br />It vras moved by Mr. Parker9 seconded by NIr. Corlett, that Ordinance No. 137-P <br />be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs.. Willis9 Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays' Noneo <br />PJlotion carried. <br />Ordinance passedo <br />A report from Central IInited iVational Bank of Cleveland con- <br />cerning mortgages now held as security for village funds was read by the Clerk <br />and ordered filed.
