Minutes of the Regular Meeting Held March 159 1937. <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Hall, kIayfield Village9. <br />Ohio' on the 15th day of March9 1937, at 8 oBclock P.M. in regular meeting, Mayor ' <br />Ibnald Doster presidingm <br />Roll Call: Present, Messrs. Corlett, Parker, HeissD Shortle, and Mrsa Parker. <br />_Absent: Mr. Vorhees <br /> <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held Februaxy 15th, 1937 were read to <br />the Council. It was moved by Nir. Hezss, seconded by t4ro Shortle, that the minµtes <br />of the regular meeting held February 15th, 1937 be a.pproved as reado <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Corlett, Parker, Heiss9 Shortle and I?irso Parker. <br />Nays, Noneo <br />brIotion carried. <br />Linutes approvedm <br />A letter from The Cleveland Electx°ic Illuminating Company asking permission <br />to erect thixteen poles and install two anchors; a.lso to top and remove necessary <br />trees in the south side of 'IVhite Road, west of B.O.M. Center Roacl; also to renew <br />and relocate one pole in the west side of S.O.M. Center Road, south of White Road, <br />' m:a.s read to the Council. <br />It vyas moved by Mrs. Parker9 seconded by Mr. Corlett, that permission be <br />grantedo <br />Roll Calle Ayes, Messrso Corlett, Parker, Heiss, Shortle and Mrs. Parkero <br />Nays, none. <br />Niotion carriedo <br />I <br />It waw moved by Mrs. Parker, seconded byL4ro Shortle, that the ditch on <br />S.O.M.
