It was then moved by iir. Parker9 seconded by IUIr. Voorhees9 that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting held June 21st, 1937, be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: gyes, Messrsm Parker, Corlett, Shortle, Voorhees and Yvfrse <br />Parker. <br />Nays 9 None. <br />PAotion carriedo <br />IViinutes approved. <br />Mrsm Parker then introduced Resolution No. 101 entitled "A Resolution <br />Designating Central Na.tianal Bank of Cleveland Depository for the Village of <br />Mayfield", which resolution vJas read to the Council. <br />It was moved by i+t?rs. Parker, seconded by iYirm Shortle9 that Peaolution <br />No. 101 be aassed as readm <br />Roll Call: Ayes9 Messrs. Pdrker, Corlett, Shortle, Voorhees and <br />iUtrs o Parker e <br />Nays9 Noneo <br />14lotion carried. <br />Resolution passedo <br />The C1erk next submitted to th.e Council proposed budget for the year <br />1938, rvhich budoet was then read to the Council. After discussion was had Mr. <br />Parker introduced Resolution iVoa 102 entitled "A Resolution ppproving the Annual <br />Budget for the Year 1938", which resolution was read to the Council. <br />It was then moved by Mrm Parker, seconded by Nir. Corlett, that <br />Resolution No. 102 be passed as readm <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs.
