M. in regular meeting, Mayor <br />Doster presidingm Roll Call: Present, 1VIessrs. Parker, Corlett, Heiss9 Shortle, Voorhees and , <br />Mrs. Parker. <br />pbsent' Idoneo <br />The minutes of the regular meeting lield November 15th, 1937 were read to the <br />Council. It xras moved by lVir. Parker, seconded by Mrm Voorhees, that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting held.Tvovember 15th9 1937 be approved as read. <br />Roll Calla Ayes, PJiessrse Parker., Corlettp Heiss, Shortle, Voorhees and PlIrse <br />Ps.rkero ` <br />Nays, None, Motion passed. <br />Minutes approved. <br />Mr. Voorhees introduced Urdinance iJo. 176 entitled "An Ordinance to PJIaYe <br />Appropriations for the Current and Other Expendituxes of the Village of rJlayfield9 <br />Ohio, During the Fisea1 Year Ending December 31, 193811, which Ordinance vras rea.d to <br />the Councilm <br />It tTas then moved.by Pliro Corlett9 seconded by Nira Parker, that the rules of law <br />requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with a:nd that <br />Ordinance Noel76 be plpced upon its final passa.gem <br />Roll Call: Ayes, !Jlessrso Corlett, Parker9 .Heiss9 Shortle, Voorhees and tiiIrs, <br />Parker. <br />Vays' None. <br />' tiIotion ca-rried. <br />It was then moved by PJir.
