Shephard is a member of the Village/Planning Commission for the term ending <br />December 31g 1939; -that Mr. Arthur bawson is a member of said Commission for a. <br />term ending December 31p 1941; that MrofMaxvrel11 Berry is a member of the term <br />ending Decernber 31, 1943; that Mre ShoAle is the Council9s representa.tive on <br />said Commission a.nd Mayor D6ster is a member ex-officioe <br />The Mayor then appointed Pltre A]Lfred Goetz/as special policeman. It was <br />moved by ll4r. Parker, aeconded by Pdr. Heiss9 that said appointment be approvedo <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Parker, Corlett, Heiss9 Hawkins, Shortle and <br />PJirs. Parkero <br />Nays,, Noneo <br />Motion carried. . <br />The oath of office was then administered to ll4r, Goetz.by PJfre Dorn, Notary <br />Public. <br />Mre Corlett then introduced Ordinance No. 177 entitled "An Ordinance Providing <br />for the ESnployment of an Engineer for the Village of Mayfield"., vihich Ordinance <br />was read to the Council. <br />It was moved by iVfr. Parker9 seconded by Mro Hawkins, that the rules of law <br />requiring orclinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with a.nd <br />that Ordinance Noe 177 be placed upon its final passage. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Parker9 Corletts Heiss? Havvkinss Sho?t?e and P!lrs. <br />Parkere <br />Navs' None. <br />1t2ation caxried, <br />It was moved by Mr. Parker, seconded by h7r.
