<br />distance a chicken coop must be from a residence, Any chicken coop or

<br />residence,. and. notmore. than. s ,ft. from ,:any lot, line, The. same ruling would '
<br />apply to manure piles, compost piles, etc., however ,any of these fall under
<br />the approval of the building inspector. All -garbage.: containers must be
<br />metal, covered with a: tight lid, aryl water proof, Garbage containers must
<br />at all times be covered,.and _anyone.failing.to_com~plp.can be prosecuted
<br />by the.-:police department. _

<br />asking for information.. on. the progress. •of the water: main. for that. street.

<br />Mr. Swanson read a letter from-the.. East Ohio Gas. Company for
<br />approval of- plans- covering the prcapos:ed construction of. gas main and serPice
<br />between the sidewalk and curb on the South side of South Woodlari~Drive,
<br />West of Worton ~Park~ Drive as~ indicated on Drawing No. D-~l~l'ia.8, dated April
<br />23, 1953.- '
<br />Mr. Erndress 'moved that permission be granted the Gas ~Compan6r to
<br />proceed, however, vYitki proper.~y owners' consent, , as this is not ,a dedicated
<br />street. Mr. Scheuring.seconded this motion. ~ -
