u~thereupon Tvir. Endres introduced Ordinance No. ~5~ entitled: "An Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of Notes in Anticipation of the Levy of Special Assessments and in Anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds in Anticipation of the Collection of Special Assessments for the Improvement of S0117 Center Road and ZVorton Park Drive a,nd to Repeal Ordinance No. 1a.~.7", which Ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Dr. V~Taltz, seconded by 1VTrs ® Cass, that the rules of la~rr requiring an Ordinance to be read three ~tirnes be suspended. Roll Call; Ayes - tiR~Taltz, Oatess, Sloan, Endres & Cassm Nays - None® Motion Carried Rules Suspended It eras moved by Per. Endres, seconded by Dr. V~altz, that Ordinance No. ~5~ be passed as read. Roll Call; Ayes - tiValtz, Oatess, Sloan, Endres R~ Cass. 1~Tays - None. ~Iotiort Carried Ordinance Passed A discussion followed regarding the proposed Fisher Subdivision No. 1 for Thornapple Drive. PVTa.yor Swanson said that the Engineer:;~llz°. Gallimore, recommended that the turn-around shown on the plat be increased to a diameter of 120 feet, that a profile should be made on the plat as required by Ordinance, and that the plat should show that the Easterly 50 feet of Sublot 9 is reserved for a future street. l~r. Fisher states that he has given a.n option to 14ir. Ralph Simon, the adjoining property oz^mer on SOLI Center Road, good for two years, to permit i~ir. Simon to purchase said 50 feet of land in order to open up a new road. IIIr. Fisher thought that the reservation should not be for more than two years. He agreed to present the plat, with the changes suggested, to the Planning Commission at its next meeting, after which time it can come before Council for its- approval.
