The Clerk read a letter from Aldridge Insurance Service, Inc. to the effect that the Town Hall liability policy will expire on March 29, 1951, and that the renevaal premium for this insurance will be forty one dollars and fifty-five cents (~$?~1.55). It was moved by Mr. Taylor and seconded by Mr. Oatess that the insurance referred to above be rene8,red. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Swanson, Oatess,Taylor, ~dhiting & Beard. Nays - None. Motion Carried Mr. Oatess suggested that someone look into the matter of the insurance on the service truck. Mayor Hodgson requested the Clerk, and Mr. Edelman the Solicitor, of the Village of Mayfield, to ascertain rates and coverages of various insurance companies for 1ia.bility and property damage insurance for the service truck. Mayor Hodgson suggested study of the matter of the revision of the Building Code of the Village of Mayfield. Mr. Beard, 1Nls°® Taylor, Mr. V'dhiting, Mr. 'Nieland, and Mr. Edelman were appointed to meet and consider the problem of the revision of the Building Code® Pay Ordinance No® 366 P was submitted to Council by the Clerk. It was moved by Mr. Swanson, seconded by Mr. Oatess, that the Pay Ordinance be passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Swanson,0atess,Taylor,Whiting & Beard.
