It was moved by Mre 1Nhita.ng,,seconded by Mr. Taylor' that the <br />Clerk purchase these items. <br />Roll Calle Ayes m Messrs Swanson,Endpess,Taylor9Wh~.ting~Beard <br />and Oatess. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried <br />A nevr edition of the Ohio Municipal Code is being published and <br />Mr4 Edelman asked that one be~purchased for his use. At~this time the <br />matter of providing one for the Town Hall for use of village officials <br />was discussed. n <br />It was moved by Mr. Swanson, seconded by Mr. Taylor, that two <br />books be purchased. <br />Roll Callo Ayes - Messrs Swanson?Endress,Taylor,Whiting'Beard <br />& Oatess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />At this point Mayor Hodgson turned .the meeting over to the, <br />spectators aril Mr. De Groot of 195 'Norton Park Blvd. speaking for a <br />delegation of his neighbors' complained bitterly of the condition of <br />the road on Worton Park Blvd® He was under the impression that money <br />had been allocated for repair of this road. Mayo~° Hodgson reported that <br />there was no money in our ,road fund in the present budget, but that <br />-something could be worked out whereby, with the help of.the~owners, the <br />road could be black-topped. The only other alternative was to put slag <br />in the Boles, which would be kicked out with the passing cars. He <br />said that Mre Endress had figures on this and could work out something <br />with him. <br />Mr, Jacques, who owns a lot on Maple Gx°ove, appeared again at <br />Council and stated that he had been unable to work out any easement plan <br />with the abutting neighbors, provided the road was vacated, and asked <br />permission to drop sufficient slag on Maple Grove to allow entrance and <br />egress of his trucks. s <br />It was moved by Mr. Endress, seconded by Mr. Beard, that.Mr.~ <br />Jacques be allowed to drop sufficient slag t® allow him an entrance from <br />Wilson Mills Road to his property. <br />Ro11 Calls Ayes - Messrs.Swanson~Endress,Taylor,Whiting~Beard <br />and ~atess. <br />Nays - None. Motion carried <br />Mr. Krebs of Wilson IV~i.lls Road then arose and asked to have it <br />go on record that he was deeply appreciative of the very fine Sob done by <br />our service Department and the Eire Department, far:beyond the Dell of <br />duty, in pump~:ng sewage from his basement. He stated further that he <br />could not understand the great amount of sewage concurrent with every. <br />rainy and wonolered if something could be done about it. Considerable <br />discussion was had and the possibility that a number of roof drains_ <br />might be cut ~.nto the sewer was discussed. <br />6. <br />
