Roll. Call: Ayes - ~`~essrs Swanson,Strater,Beard,Taylor ~ Catess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Swanson brought up the fact that Mrs. J. H, Reed, owner <br />of property on the South side of Wilson NliLls Road, East of Beech Hill <br />Road, had submitted a revised plan .for subdividing her property which was <br />approved by the commission and that Mrs. Reed and lZr. Taylor had given a <br />10 ft. strip of land on the Western boundary of the property to the pillage <br />for the purpose of widening .Beech Hill. Road. from 1~0 ft. to 50 ft. Mrs. <br />Reed was now selling lots on. Wilson Mills and Mr. Swim son thought that <br />Council should do sometivng about this 10 ft. strip. It was thought that <br />Council sliould formally accept this strip and have it recorded for the <br />Village.
