Brichacek 39 <br />Eunice Brichacek, Police Clerk <br />Fire Chief Nelson Porter asked that Ifr. George Udorts be removed <br />from the active list and made an Honorary Captain for life. <br />Tt was moved by r7r. Beard, seconded by Mr. Strater, that Mr. George <br />Worts be removed from the active list of the Mayfield Fire Department and <br />made are Honorary Captain of the Fire Department for life. <br />R.o11 Ca11a Ayes - Messrs Swanson,Strater,Taylor,Brown.,Beard & Oatess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mayor Endress then presented I'~r. Charles Gera for Council°s approval <br />as a member of the Fire Department. <br />Tt was moved by Strater, seconded by Mr. Taylor, that this appoint- <br />ment be confirmed. <br />Roll Calla Ayes - NIessrs Swanson,Strater,Taylor,Brown,Beard & Oatess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Appointment confirmed <br />Our Engineer then presented Plans, Specifications and an Estimate of <br />Cost on the construction of a water main in Glenview Road. Nor. DeMore stated <br />that they ran into difficulty in survey_i_ng this road for water as it was <br />found that a grade level established during the construction of an old sewer <br />did not conform with the present buildings and advised re-establish3~.g the <br />grade. Mr. Beal°d, seconded by Mr. Oatess, then introduced Resolution No. 316 <br />entitled: "A Resolution Re-Establishing the Grade in Glenviewr Road", which <br />resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by T"Ir. Strater, that the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Swanson,Strater,Taylor,Brown,Beard & Oatess. <br />Nays ~ None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />f It was moved by Mr® Taylor, seconded by Njr.
