<br /> Mayor Svranson appointed Jaanes Stanard as Justice of the Peace for <br /> the unexpired tern ending December.31, 1951. It was moved by Mr. Hardman, <br /> seconded by I~~rO Godfrey, that the appointment lie confirmedo <br /> Ro1.1 Call: Ayes - IvIessrs Hardman, Scheuring, Taylor, Godfrey, <br /> Cass and Ha11. <br /> Nays - ~lone® - <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Appointment confirmed <br />Mayor Swanson appointed ltlrs. Henrietta Swanson a.s Clerk of the <br />P,iayor4s Court. It was moved by 11~Ir. Hardman, seconded by Il4rs. Godfrey, that the bond be <br />approved as submitted. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - i~Tessrs Hardman, Scheuring, Taylor, Godfrey, <br />Cass and Hallo <br />Nays - None® <br />Motion carried <br />Bond approved <br />Mayor Svranson then approved the bonds submitted bjr the Clerk and <br />Treasurer. The bond of the Clerk was then filed with the Treasurer and those <br />of the I+(ayor; and Treasurer were filed t~rith the Clerk. <br />The Clerk submitted an estimate of Village expenditures for 1950, <br />which was introduced by T},Tr. Hardman and seconded by Mrs. Cass, as Ordinance <br />Ido. 339 entitled: "An Ordinance to Make Appropriations for Current and Other <br />Expenses of the Village of TJlayfield, Ohio, During the Ia'iscal Year landing <br />December 31, 1950", znrhich ordinance eras read to Council® It was moved by TJtr, <br />Hall, seconded by_iilrs. Cass, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to <br />be read on three separate occasions be suspended® <br />Roll Ca1.1: Ayes -Messrs Hardman, Taylor, Scheuring, Godz^rey, <br />Cass and Hall® <br />Nays - Tdono <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended. <br />It was moved by T`lr.
