Mayor Svranson appointed Jaanes Stanard as Justice of the Peace for the unexpired tern ending December.31, 1951. The bond of the Clerk was then filed with the Treasurer and those of the I+(ayor; and Treasurer were filed t~rith the Clerk. The Clerk submitted an estimate of Village expenditures for 1950, which was introduced by T},Tr. Hardman and seconded by Mrs. Cass, as Ordinance Ido. 339 entitled: "An Ordinance to Make Appropriations for Current and Other Expenses of the Village of TJlayfield, Ohio, During the Ia'iscal Year landing December 31, 1950", znrhich ordinance eras read to Council® It was moved by TJtr, Hall, seconded by_iilrs.
