The Clerk suggested that Council should consider a Resolution
<br />for an opara.ting levy to bo voted by the people of the Village at the
<br />for-chccrning November elections. He stated that, according to the 1951
<br />budget passed by Council, X11,501®81 was required by tha general fund,
<br />~5, 493 a00 of this would be . avail~iole inside the 10 mi11 limit. A speci al
<br />levy of 4 mi11s would raise ~,~6,332.00, vrhile a levy of 3 mi11s would raise
<br />X4,749,00. ^1he Clerk stated.that these figures were based on the cot~,~Ly
<br />auditor4s estimate of 1950 proper'cy valuationso -

<br />Expenses" which was read to Councils It was moved by fir. Godfrey, seconded
<br />by fir. Hall, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on
<br />three separate occasions be suspended.
