It was mov®d by Mr. Godfrey, second®d by Mrs. Cass, that the minutes be approved as reado Roll Calls Ayes -Messrs Hardman,Scheuring,Taylor,Godfrey Cass and Ha11 Nays -Non®. 1 Motion Carried Minutes Approved Ordinance No• 335-P was read by the Clork. It was moved by Mrs. Cass,, seconded by Mr. Taylor9 that tho ordinance be passed as read. Ro11 Call: Ryas -Messrs Hardman,Scheuring,Taylor9Godfrey, Cass and Hall . Nays - Non®. Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mayor Swanson road a Letter dat®d June 13, 1951,. from the Regional Planning Commission to Dr. Siplock conoerning the master street plan and other related matters. It was moved by Mr. Ha11, seconded by Mrs® Cass that the letter be referred to the Village Planning Commission for further consideration and z~coaunendation at the next meeting of Counoil. Motion Carried 1 Mr. Scheuring reported for the comm7,ttee appointed to consider ways and means of ra~.sing additional funds. He advised that a special levy is tho only means available as far as th® comubittee can detes~nine. After some discussion, Mr. Taylor requested th® Mayor to Dell a Town Meeting on the questions of (1) police proteotion, and {2) finanoes. The May®r agreed to do so, and_.it was moved by ~tIr.
