The Solicitor reported that the Com~a.on Pleas Court has denied l'laintiffss Motion in the Andre~rs case for a temp®rary restrasning order® He also reported on the proposed plate for sewage disposal in this part of the county. Chief Porter mad®a report concerning time controls available For the siren on the village hall. It was mov®d by Mr® Godfrey, seconded by Mr. Hardman, that the Village purchdse a Stromberg Control at a prise of X110®00, to be appropriated from the fire apparatus fund. Motion Carried Purchas® authorized Chief Porter requested pea~.ssion to hold a Memorial Servace Sunday, dune 2~, ~t 2x00 P® M® for Phil L,ierse, a former Volunteer Fir®man, of this Village, who died in the service of his country. Council unanimously express®d consent. Chief fort®r requested that permissiaza be grant®d to_ the Fire Department to install a bronze plaqu® at the base of the flag pol® in front of the Town Hall in memory of Phil Lierse. It was mov®d by Mr. Hardmarn, seconded by Mr. Godfrey, that pera-v.ssion be granted.
