Seheuring intxoduced.Ordinance No. 3811 entitled: An Ordinance <br />to Amend Ordinance No. 366, Entitled: '~An Ordinance to Make Appropriations <br />for Current and Other Expenses of the Village of Mayfield Ohio During the <br />Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 1951 as amended bg Ordinance No. 37l~." It <br />was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by..Mr..Hall, that the rules of law requiring <br />a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll. After a. <br />discussion of .the fee to be charged for the use of the-hall, it was moved <br />by ~. Scheuring, seconded by B~. Godfrey, that a charge of x].5.00 per day <br />be made for the use of the hall; provided,..however,.that the~rate may be <br />reduced by action of Council,. in. particular cases, for good --cause shown, and <br />provided further that an advance deposit of. $5.00. sYiall. be made 'to cover <br />breakage when the kitchen facilities. are .to be used; the deposits to be <br />returned subject to deduction to covey breakage. <br />Ro].].
