Mayor Swanson read a report from the County Commissioners concerning the proposed trunk sewer along Wilson Mills Road® Mayor Swanson read a letter from Dr. Claude 1flaltz, dated October 11, 1951, suggesting the following changes ir. Ordinance No. 372: 1. The addition of a roquirement that all plans be drawn by an architect registered in the Stat® of Ohio. 2. The addition that a11. plans be designed for the specific lot on which the building is to be erected® The second reading was given to Ordinance No. 386 providing for the licensing of ta~a.es by the Village. Ordinance No. 38 $, entitled: "An Ordinance Authorising A Contract With the County Commissioners for Care of Prisoners Sent to Cuyahoga County Jail by the Village of Mayfield, Ohio11, was introduced by Mrs.' C~,sss It was moved by l~r. Godfrey, seconded by Mr. Hardman, that the rules of lavr requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
