1 Mr. Hall then introduced Resolution 1Vo. 195 entitled: tBA. Resolution Approv~.ng the Claim of Curro Construction Company for damages by reason of delay by the Village of Mayfield in entering into a contract for the installation of a water main in Wilson Mills Road", which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Taylor, secondocl by Mr. Hall, that the rules ,of law requiring a Resolution to be re~.d on three separate occasions be suspended.. Roll Call: Ayes - Scheuring, Taylor,Godfrey, Cass and Hall. Nays - None, Motion Carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Mr. Scheuring, seconded by Mr. Taylor, that Resolution No. 195 be adopted as read. Roll Ca11: Ayes - Scheuring, Taylox•, Godfrey, Cass & Hall Nays -None Motion Carried Re soluti~®n~•l~dopt~d,.~ Mr. Gallimore then stated that The Angelo Marra Construction Company had made claim for tho same consideration for increase in the price of hydra~tts and possible increase in..the cost of freight on the shipment of pipes in conne ction.with the SOM Center Road Improvement and that this claim, which would probably amount to less than ~i100.00, should also be allowed. Mr. Scheuring then introduced Resolution No. 196 entitled: t'A Resolution Approving the Claim of The Angelo Marra Construction Company for Damages by reason of delay by the Village of Mayfield in entering into a contract for the installation of a water main in SOM Center Road", which Resolution was read to Council. _ ~f It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Hall, that the rules of lavr requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
