M., Mayor Gustav Swanson presiding. Roll Calls Present - Messrs H~rdman,Scheuring,Taylor, Godfrey,Hall & Cass. Absent - Non®. ' ' Minutes of the regular meeting held November 19, 1951, were read to the Council. It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr. Hall, that the minutes be approved as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Hardman,Scheuring,Taylor,Godfrey,Hall & Cass. Nays - None. . - _ Motion Carried Minutes Approved . Mr. Hall introduced Ordinance No. 390 entitled: "An Emergenoy Ordinance Employing J. Gordon McKay to Plan and Prepare Financial Data and Other Information Relating to the ~'roposed jssue of Speoial Assessm®nt Bonds for th® Construction.of Water Mains and Appurtenances in Certain Roads and Streets in the Village of hayfield, Ohio`@, which ordinance was read to the Council. It was moved by Mrs. °Cas_s, seconded by Mr. Hardman, that the rules of law requiring an_Ordinance to be..read on three separate occasions be suspended. - Roll Call: Ayes - Me'ssrs.Hardman,Soh®uring,Taylor,Godfrey,Hall & C ass.
