_ Mayor Swanson proposed that a Serv~.co Committe®, consisting of three members~of Council, be appointed to work with Mr. Wieland and the Mayor in an advisory capacity, and to make recommendations and approve service problems to be presented to Council. It was moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded bjr Mrs. Cass, that the Safety Committee be changed to a Safety and Service Committee to work with both the Safety and Serv-xce Departments, and that non-members of Council be added to th® Committe®. It was moved by Dre Waltz, second®d by Mrs. Cass, that there b® s, combined Safety and Service Committe®, and that Mr. Endres be appointed Chairman, and Messrs. Mr. Edelman was ask®d to r®port at the next meeting as to whether this would be permissible. Mr. Sloan. introduced Ordinance ATo. 397 entitled "An Ordinance To Make Appropriatiohs for Current and Other Expenses of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 1952t', which Ordinance was read to Council.
