Mayor Swanson present®d to Council a proposal that the present Arohiteatural Board b® inoreased to five members, requi~i~3g three members for a m~ ority. The Mayor then suggested that the Arohit®otural Board of Review be increased from; three to fiv® members, with their terms of- offioe staggered, so that t~+vo porso~a could be appointed in addition to the present three members. _ ~ .
