The county~uould have no right to construct purely local or lateral sewers unless the Village by ordinance authorized the County Commissioners to do so. Dr. Waltz then introduced Ordinance No. l~15 entitled: °An Ordinance Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, O'hio to let out, establish and maintain one or more sewer districts to include a part or all of the territory within the Village of Mayfield Ohio ~r, which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Dr..Waltz, seconded by Mr. Endress that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to b e read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll call; Ayes Messrs Waltz, Endress, Cass Messrs Sloan and Oatess passed at first but after some discussion changed their votes to Aye. Nays None. Motion Carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Mr. Fndress, seconded by Dr. Waltz, that Ordinance No. l~l.s be passed has read. Roll Call: Ayes Messrs Waltz, Sloan, Endress., Cass & Oatess® Nays None. Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Sloan introduced Ordinance No. l~16 entitled: cpAn Ordinance Giving the Council of the Village of Mayfield to the Removal of Snow and Ice From certain roads within the Villaget~, which Ordinance was read to Council.
