Minutes of the Regul.ar Meet3.ng Jarruary 19j, 1959 - The Coxuncil of the Vi17.age of p'Iayfield met in open meeting at the Town Hall at 8:00 P. Mo., Mayor Endress pxesiding. Ro31 Ca3.1.: Present - MessrS Taylor, WedlerAtrat,er,.Brvwn,Zorn & Hopld.ns. Abse,nt - None. The Minuf,es of tlie Regular Nleeting 'of December 15th, 1958,- were then read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Hopk3.ns, seconded by Mr. Straf,er, that the mirnites of -the regular meet3.ng be' approved arjd passed as read. RoZl Ca7.3.: Ayes - Messrs Taylor, TiiTedlers5trater'Brawn'Zorxi and Hopkins. Nays - None, Moticm carried. Minutes approved Mayor. Endress - then read a letter from the Eleveland Automob3.le Club., advising us of the dates for the Third. Coune3lnents -Traffic Worlshop. Mayor Endress read anv-ther letter from County Engi:neer Albert Porter with reference to Ordinance No.'646, including Ridgebury Bouleqard in the ma3ntsnance ordin,ance. The County said they had ao object3on to includ3.ng tllis s tree t' but, due to ]3.mi.ted -f°unds and. limi.ted us e of the s treet' they f elt that it was up tc> the municipalities to mainta3n this street. ' Mayor Exidress read another letter from Mr. Edelman, stating that the Supreme Court reflised to a31ow the appeal.s in either case w:ith reference to Albert Stofcho versus the vi].lage of Mayf3eldpet al. Mr. Edelman then reported that anothor suit was pend3ng by Dr. Garbss with reference to t•he small lots in the turn-arauxt in the Capa-to Development. Mayor Endress then asked for nominations for President 'of Coune3l, pro-t,em.
