Mr. <br />Strater said that we shou7d have a defini.te rulE on what_was to _be expect,ed. <br />There was a-great deal of discugsion in Council on.this subject, but na <br />definite conclusion was reached as to assessments in the futux°e. <br />A letter was then read fram the City of Cleveland on an increase in <br />gas rates.
