M., Mayor Endress presi.ding. <br />Roll Call: 'Present - Messrs Zorfl, Wed1er.StY°at,er,Brvwn,Gx°oot,egoed & Hopkins. <br />Absent - None. <br />The Mi.nutes of the regular meefi,ing of Detober 21., 1959, wore then read <br />#,o"the Council. It was moved by Mx°so Browm, seconded by, Mr. Hopkins' that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting.be approved as read. - <br />Roll CaJ.lt Ayes - ,Messrs Zorn'Wed1.er9Stx°ater,Brown,Groot,egoed & Hopkins. <br />Nays -» None. <br />Motaon carried <br />Minutes approved. <br />Mayoa° Endress then asked far repvrts from the-Coymnitteesa Mrs. Brown' <br />regortin.g for the Architectural Boarci, said that they- had met on October 22nd, <br />1959, and had a rea1.7_y good meeting, that plans for 12 houses, 2 additi.ong <br />and' garage were approv?;d, and p].ans for the A?tJLantic Ga9 St,ation on the <br />?i3-?,?1,,.*zwest corner of SOM and. Wilson Mi11a had been discussed. <br />Mr. Hopk3.ns reporfi.sd th.at no meetings had been-held by the Buildirig <br />Cmmmittee. <br />, Mr. Strater reported that no action had.been taken by the Safety <br />Committ,eee <br />Mr. Wedler, reporting for the 1?lanning anci 2oni.ng Commission, said that <br />thgy had met on Novernber 3rd, and proceeded .to read the Minufi,es of this <br />meeting to Cotxncil. <br />-Mayor Endress then made reference to the resignation of Mr. Reed as <br />Chairman of the Zoning and Planning Commissioxi and the appvintment of Mro IIhlir <br />to this pos t until such a t,z.me as a permanent chairman could be appoini;ed to <br />fill.. N!r. Reed's unexpired termo Mayor Endress went on to say that, as all. <br />Counci.lraen had receiy-ed copies og the Minnutes of the Zoning and-Planning Board., <br />togEther with changes in the U-classifieations as recomended by this Board, <br />he hoped that everyone had given considerable thoughtto these changes and <br />that it was necessary- to pass an araended orcl.inanc.e if Go1.f Coux°ses were to be <br />placed in the ordinance under speeial permito Mro Edelman then went over each <br />change with Counc3.1 and discussed these changes thorough:Ly. <br />, Mr. Hopkins, seeonded by Ntrs, Browm, then introduced Ordinance No. 677 <br />entitled. ++An Ordinance to Arnend Sections 3' 4, 9, 20 and 28 of Ordinanee No. 1591 <br />of the zon3.ng Qrdinance of the Village of Mayfield4t, which Ordinance was read to <br />Gouncii0 1
