<br /> <br /> <br />Mrs. Brown reported that there was trouble again on Robley Lane, that <br />these people were under the impression that as soon as the first street was <br />in, the culvert would be taken out. Mr. Peterson said that it was impossible <br />to do this until the second street was in, that Kenwood could not take all <br />the watere A resident of Robley Lane then said that he had built a house on <br />Robley Lane without getting a heating permit and,when checked by our Building <br />Inspector, was charged double for this permit and had come to Council to see <br />what could be done about it< <br />Mr. Wieland said that he had called the house to say that they had not <br />obtained a heating permit. The Wife of the man in question then gave him the <br />phone number of the man who had installed the heating system. Nir. Wieland on <br />getting in touch with this contractor said that the contractor was told that <br />he did not need a permit. <br />Mr. Edelman then said that Mr. Wieland was right, that our ordinance <br />f ixed a double fee for hearing installations without permitsm <br />There being no further business to come before Council, upon motion <br />made and duly put, Council adjourned. <br />Attest: <br />(SFAL) <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />7.
