<br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson then reported that he had put the dedication clause on the <br />Zorn plat and was going up to look over the roadm <br />Mayor Endress then asked about the price of having our Engineer set the <br />grades on new construction. Mr. Peterson said he had a flat price of $25.00 <br />in Maple Heights and $15.00 per hour in Bedford Heights $10.00'per thousand <br />square feet. Mayor Endress then said that he wondered what Council thought of <br />having our Engineer set the grade line so that everything would be unif orm. <br />Mr. Peterson said that if we were ever in trouble he could be called in and <br />consulted and the builder charged for the service. <br />Mr. Edelman said that he would draw ap an ordinance so that our Engineer <br />could be called to set a grade for a charge of $25.00. <br />Mr. Edelman was then asked if it was permissable for a luffiber mill to <br />be set up on private property.
