<br />Minutes of Regular Meeting
<br />September 14, 1960
<br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular meeting at the
<br />Town Hall at 8:00 o'clock P. M.,Mayor Endress presidinge
<br />Roll Call: Present - PZessrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer.
<br />Absent - None.
<br />_, Tn.the.absence of the Clerk, Richard F. Godfrey, f rom the Village, the
<br />Solicitor, Arnold M. Edelman, acted as Clerk pro tem. Engineer Peterson was
<br />also in attendance.
<br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 15, 1960, were then read
<br />to Council.e It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that said
<br />Minutes be approved and passed as read.
<br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer.
<br />Nays - None,
<br />Niotion carried
<br />. Minutes approved
<br />Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Belzer, introduced Resolution No. 482,
<br />entitled: "A Resolution Aceepting the Amounts,and Rates as Determined by the
<br />Budget Commission and Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them
<br />to the County Auditor", which Resolution was read to Council. It was moved
<br />by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Zorn, that the rules of.law requiring a resolution
<br />to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
<br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer.
<br />Nays - None. .

<br />It was,moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Resolution No.
<br />482 be adopted as read. .
<br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,tdedler,Bennett,,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer.

<br />Resolution Adopted
<br />Mr. Zortt, seconded by Mr. Belzer, introduced Ordinance No. 711, entitled:
<br />"An Ordinattce to Amend Ordinance No. 475, as Amended, by Adding Section 1(b),
<br />Requiring a Deposit for Fees of Village Engineer for Setting the Grade in Certain
<br />Cases", which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded
