Minutes of the Regular Meeting January 16, 1961 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the Town Hall at 8;00 P. M., riayor Endress presiding. Roll Call: Present = Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. Absent - None. The M inutes of the Regular Meeting of December 21, 1960, were then read to Council. It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by D4r. Zorn, that the Minutes of the Regular,Meeting be ,approved and passed as read, Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried rSinutes approved. Mayor Endress then asked for reports f rom the Committees. The Architectural Board did not have a meeting. The Finance Committee reported that they found the pay.ordinance to be in order. The Finance Committee having approved the pay ordinance, it was moved by Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Pay Ordinance No. 449-P be approved and passed as reada Roll call: Ayes - D4essrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. Nays - None. M otion carrisd Pay Ordinance Passed There was nothing to report from the Building Committee. There was nothing to report.f rom the Safety and Service Committee. The Zoning and Planning Commission met on January 9, 1960 and had one reqaest to split a lot on Sai into two 50 foot lots. This was tabled until the next meetingo Nir. Wedler reported that he was glad to see that some of our citizens were attending the Zoning and Planning meetings. Five people were present. Mayor Endress then toolc up the matter of appointments for 1961. Mayor Endress reported that the term of Mr. Dumont had expired on the Architectural Board and that he wished to reappoint him to this Board. It was moved by r4rs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that this appoint- ment be conf irmedo Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Srown,Grootegoed & Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried . Appointment Conf irmed 1.
