Mr. Edelman reported that it was nota time to renew our maintenance agree-
<br />ment with the Ohio Bell Telephone Company. NIr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. Belzer,
<br />then introduced Resolution No. 488 entitled: "A Resolution Granting7a Niaintenance
<br />Permit to the Ohio Bell Telephone Company for the Calendar Year 1961", which
<br />resolution was read to Council.
<br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Nir. Grootegoed, that the rules of
<br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.

<br />the "Regional Building Code". Mr. Edelman said we should have about ten copies.

<br />. The East Ohio Gas Company having requested approval of their plans
<br />covering proposed construction of gas main and service between sidewalk and
<br />curb on the West side of Kenwood Drive, from Wilson Mills Road, northerly, as
<br />indicated in red on their print of Drawing Noe D-8058, dated January 8, 1960,
<br />and on the North side of Thornapple Drive f rom SOM Center Road to Meadowaood
<br />Drive as indicated in red on their print of Dracaing No. D-4441, dated November
<br />20, 1953, Revised January 28, 1960; and enclosing insPection fees, it was
<br />moved by.Nlr. Belzer, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that approval be granted, subject
<br />to property owners' consent.
