, Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mre Belzer, then introduced Ordinance No. 752 <br />' entitleds "An'Ordinance to Make Temporary Appropriations"f or Current and Other <br />Expenses of `the iri].lage of Mayf ie1d, : Ohiq,. for the First Five.Months of `the ' <br />Year 196211 , which ordinance was read to Council. <br />. . . ? <br />It was moved by Mro Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler9 that the rules of <br />law requiring an ordinande to be read on three teparate'occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Niessrs Wsdler, Bennett9 Mason, Sloan and Selzer. <br />' Nays - Nonee <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It.was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mro Wedler, that Ordinance No. <br />752 be approved and passit-ad as read, Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett,Masons Sloan and Belzer. <br />' Nays - None. <br />' Motion carried <br />" Ordinance Passed <br />Mayor Endress then reminded Council that at the last meeting they had <br />some discussion of the Rubbish and Garbage situation and that he had a price from <br />Quigleye' Mayor Endress said thht it was not satisfacto'ry with a garbage picicup <br />once a month and that they would pick up Garbage and Rubbish twice a month and <br />Garbage only,on the other two weelcs.and f or this they were asking $395:.00 per <br />month. Hoiaever, this'did not include any pickups f rom business establishments. <br />An additional $30m00 would be charged f or this serviceo There was a great deal <br />of discussion on this subject. <br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by Dir. Sloan,_then introduced Resolution Noo 525 <br />entitled; "A Resolution for Temporary Pickup and Disposal of Garbage and <br />Rubbish and Directing Advertiaement f or Bids f or Same", which resolution was <br />read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mro Bennett, that the rules of <br />law requiring'a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedlere Bennett, Masong Sloan and Belzer. <br />" Nays - None.
