N2r. Endress read a letter from th,e Parkdale Construction Co.,asking <br />Council -to approve in principle a proposed subdivisian of land adjacent to <br />and west of the Robley subdivision. None of these p].ans had gone before <br />the proper corrmiittee. Council took no action. <br />The Finance Commit-tee having approved the pay ordi.nance, it was moved <br />by Tir. Strater, seconded by Mro Falk, that Pay Ordinance No. 389-P be <br />approved and passed as read. _ <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Iliessrs Swanson,Strater9Taylor,$rown'Falk & Hoplrins. <br />. hTays - None. - <br />Motion carried <br />Pay Ordinance passed. <br />A letter to one of the residents in the Hilltop Sewer Area from Mr. <br />M. A. 1lahoney was read to Council. 14r. }ilahoney asked that the County <br />Prosecutor be asked to investigate supposed irregularities in the coristruction <br />of the Hilltop Sewer. This again brought up the dissatisfaction of many <br />residents along Wilson Xills with the contractors and our engineer wa.s asked <br />:Eor some plan of ac-tion. 14r. Gallimore replied that his company had drawn up <br />the plans and set out grade level stakes for the constrl:ction and there his <br />responsibility ended.
