The Clerk then signed 14rm Robley's plat for record. <br />- Mr, Edelma?? then presented a permit from the Oitio BeLl. Telephone Co. <br />for maintenance and repair, wYLi.ch was looked over by Council. Mr. Hopkins;, <br />seconded by Yir. Fa1k, then i.ntroduced Resoluuion No. 320, entitled:. " A <br />Resolution Granting a Maintenance Permi.t to the Ohio Bell Telephone compan;y <br />for the Calendar Year 195611, which resolution was.read to Councilo It was <br />moved by rir. Falk9 seconded by lirs. Brown, tha.t the rules of law requasing <br />a resolution to be read on th.ree separate occasions be suspended. <br />RoLl Cal1s Ayes - Messrs SWanson,Strater,Taylor)Brown,Falk & Hopkins. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules suspended. <br />It was moved by xr. Edelman reported that he Yiad checked over the blasting ordinance, <br />but -vri.shed to compare it with some other ordinances, as it was so complicated. <br />He also reported that he had checked on the Disposal Ordinance and broughi, <br />in cne from University Heights and South Euclid, which were the same, and <br />prohibited building without installing disposals.emptyi.ng into the sink. He <br />said the ordina,nce coul.d not be retroactive. Council discussed the mat-ter. <br />briefly and returned it to the Safety and Service Committee for further <br />studye <br />6.
