Taylor, seconded by rir. Strater, that the rul.es <br />of la.w requirSng an ordinance to be read on three separate occasians be <br />suspended. <br />Ro1i call. Ayes - Messrs :Uranson'S-trater,Taylor,Brorfm,Falk & Hopkins. <br />_ Nays - Nonee <br />Motion carried <br />Rules suspended. <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded b3r Ilir. Wel].ma.n, asking that water <br />be extended to tha.s property on Wilson N1i]1s Road, Mr. Edelman saC-ld that <br />he wou].d check on this before the next meeting. <br />Mayor Endress said that he had talked with Mr. Porter, who said <br />the County had no p'lans to wi.den Wils on Mi71s Ro ad, and tha.t it was c ust ornary <br />for ths County to aslc the municipalities to pay 10/'19 of the cost. He sa.id <br />that, if i,re would ask to have Wilson Mi11s pave'd wi:th a token payment of <br />$500.00 or $13000.00, the County might consider and wondered if we should <br />pass a resolution t o thi.s effect. <br />Mr. Stra'cer, seconded by Mr. Taylor9 then introduced Resolution <br />No. 329 entitled. "A Resolution °Requesting the County Commi.ssioners to <br />Re-Pave and Widen Wilson Mills Road in the Vi]lage of Ma.yfield, Ohio' and <br />Offering to Contribute d?1,000.fl0 for That Purpose", which Resolution was <br />read to Council. It was moved by r'Ir. Hopkins, seconded by Mrso Brown., tha.t the ru],es <br />of law requir3ng a resolution to be read on thx°ee separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />Ro71 Ca11.
