Taylor, seconded by rir. Strater, that the rul.es of la.w requirSng an ordinance to be read on three separate occasians be suspended. Ro1i call. Wel].ma.n, asking that water be extended to tha.s property on Wilson N1i]1s Road, Mr. Edelman saC-ld that he wou].d check on this before the next meeting. Mayor Endress said that he had talked with Mr. Porter, who said the County had no p'lans to wi.den Wils on Mi71s Ro ad, and tha.t it was c ust ornary for ths County to aslc the municipalities to pay 10/'19 of the cost. He sa.id that, if i,re would ask to have Wilson Mi11s pave'd wi:th a token payment of $500.00 or $13000.00, the County might consider and wondered if we should pass a resolution t o thi.s effect. Mr. Stra'cer, seconded by Mr. Taylor9 then introduced Resolution No. 329 entitled. "A Resolution °Requesting the County Commi.ssioners to Re-Pave and Widen Wilson Mills Road in the Vi]lage of Ma.yfield, Ohio' and Offering to Contribute d?1,000.fl0 for That Purpose", which Resolution was read to Council. It was moved by r'Ir. Hopkins, seconded by Mrso Brown., tha.t the ru],es of law requir3ng a resolution to be read on thx°ee separate occasions be suspended. Ro71 Ca11.
