Ths Committee ha.d <br />recammended the purchase of a new electric timer, but after the demonstration <br />of radar Saturday, and due to the fact that it could be worked with one <br />police car and a mobile transmi.tter, and the life of a radar se-t was far in <br />exeess of tha.t of an electric timer, Mr. Strater felt that this should be <br />considered before purchasing an e;ec ,timer for $?.50.00 and la.ter buyir?g <br />a radaro Said I1?r.
