Edelman then notified Council that the assessments ior Glenview <br />Road, Highland Road and S.O.M. No. 4 had been du].y advertised and no objections <br />rece2ved so Council could pass ordinances for special assessments. <br />Mre Wedl.er, seconded by TTro Stratex°, then inuroduced Ordinance No, 561 <br />entitleda "An Ordinance to Levy Special Assessments for the Improvement of <br />Highland _Road in the Village_ of Tqayfield9 Ohio, froan the 1nTesterly linb of the <br />Village of Tlayfield, in an EasterlJ direction to the Westerly line of SCVL <br />Genter Road, by the construction of awater main and appurtenances therein", <br />which Ordinance was read to Councilo I It was, moved by j`ir. Taylor, seconded by Njr. Hoplcins, that the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be <br />sitspended. - - <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Taylor'Wedler,Strater,Brown,rallz ?. Hopkins. <br />. Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ru7.es Suspended <br />It was moved by hrs.
