It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Nr. Hopkins, then in-troduced Resolution No. 388 <br />entitleda "A Resolution Requesting the Director of Highways of the State of <br />Ohio No_t? to,Make Wilson Mli11s Road an Interchange on. the Proposed North-South <br />Freetiray_", which Resolution was read to Councz:LO It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Isrse Brown, that the rules of <br />law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />RoL Ca71: Ayes -YLessrs Taylor, Wedler, Strater, Erown., Fa]k & Hopkins. <br />Hays ? Ede7.rnan then exp7.a.ined the new Nlayort s Court Bi11 to Council. <br />Mrs Falk, reporting f or the Zoning and Planning Coirnns.ssion, said that <br />the Commission ha.d mt on June lOth and hea-rd a request from Mr. George Zorn <br />to split four lots in Metro Drive, two on each side of the stx•eet. As this <br />would sti11 met our requirements, permission was granted. <br />Rev. Cecil Sirnmons appeared before the commission and asked permission <br />to establish a chvrch in a barn purchased )?rom Tfr. Wiesberg. As this wa.s in <br />a special permit class, an open meeting was set for June 24th at 8:00 P. M. <br />to consider tlils request. <br />Mr. Cicero also appeared Uefore the Corrffnission, asking permission to <br />split a 1ot on Bonni.evievr. As this was adjacent to a gacated portion of 14aple <br />Grove aild Mr. Cicero did not,have a deed to this portion of the street, the <br />Corrgr?i'utee asked hzsn to check furthero <br />Y Mr. Shi7_1a.ng and_Mr. petri7lo appeared before the commission _with a <br />request to reconsider a per,-nit on account of degd restrictions. The ConmrZission <br />dec.l.ded that it would be necessary to appear before the Zonin.g Board of Appeals <br />meeting June 18th at 9:00 P. 11. <br />5.
