Mayor Endress then asked that old business be taken up and asked about <br />the easement on the proposed sidewalk from Wilson Mi773..s to Seneca on the East <br />side of SON1v Mro Edel.man reported;that, althaugh Mx°. Bordonaro had said that <br />he would sign an easement, that he had not done so and upon being called9 said <br />that he would cooperate ws.th us in every way and asked that whoevei won the <br />contract for this sidewalk be asked to get in touch wri,th him. Mr. Bordonaro <br />said, however, that his at-torney did not wish to have him sign an easement. <br />M.r. Bordonaro said-that-he wouuld be,_willing -to abi,de by the pl.ans amd specifi- <br />cations of our engineer. Mr. Edelmman said t..?at he was trying to get i3n t oach <br />wi.th Mr. Bordonaro°s attorney and fe7.t that :i-.Yiere. wtJs,-a: misunder°stand.ing and <br />that per°haps an easement could be obtainedo - <br />Mro Edelman said t,hat the amended law covering this situation could <br />not be in effect until September 17th, so Mr. Endress asked that he be natified <br />if this easement was obtained ard a special meeting would be ca1.1_ede <br />Nlayor Endress then asked that our Engineer prepare plans and <br />specifications for sidewalks on the two easterly corners of SOM Center Road <br />on Wi1.s on Mills and S eneca . Road. - <br />Mrs. Browm, seconded by Mrs Hopkins, then introduced Reso3ution No. <br />399 entitled: «A Resol,ution Declaring the Necessity to Tmprove the Easter].y <br />side of SOM Cen-F,er Road in the Vzllage oF Mayfield9 Ohio., fram the Northerly <br />line oi' Seneca Road in a Northerly Direction to the Southerly line of a <br />cez°t.ain' parcel of 1.and owned by. Sander. F. Bordonaro and 3ocated on the <br />Southeast corner aF the intersection of S OM Center Road and Wilson Mi1.ls <br />Road by the Cons trnction of a Sidewalk", which res olution was then read <br />to Counci7.. . Mre and Mrs. Leonard Powers <br />of 6747 Thornapple Drive asking that we change any records on which their <br />name appeared as "Powiarskil' to "Pcruers.'r <br />Mr,. Hopkins, rep.orting for the Building Corrnittee9 said that they <br />had a meeting oi the llth oh September to considar a connection into the <br />SsT.aem and that it presented a problsm for our engineer. The Committee was <br />unab7.e to determine whether it would be better t,fl make on.e connection into <br />20
