Nr. Edelman said -Ehat we could not return the check unti:l we were <br />certa3n tYiat it was complete and paid for. Mre Wielarxl reported -that the <br />" main had been completed, with the excepta.on of some di.tchi.ng', and suggested <br />a bond of $500.00 to eover th3.s work. At the sari?e time Nr. Mayor Ersd.ress then asked <br />that our Engineer be authorized to inspect this road and give us his op3.ni.on. <br />Mr. Hopldns, seconded b3r Mr. Stx°ater., then introduced Resolution No. 424 <br />entitled: "A Resolution Authorizing the Rel.ease ta Leslie G. Belzer of A7.1 But <br />$500.00 of the Cash Boa1d.
