Mayor Endress then appointed Duane Vanone, Fred Falk and Frank Hangosky as a Board of Assessors for the SONI Sidewalkm Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. I3opkins, then introd.uced Orcl,inance No. 644 entitleds "An Ordinance Appointing a Board to Report the Estimated Assessment to:Pay the Costs and Expenses of Improving Seneca Road, from its Intersection 147ith SOM Center Road to a Poin-c 300 feet on the Center Line of SOM Cen-F,er Road and of Improving an Easemen.t Held by the Village of Mayfield.Paralle3 to and A.butting the East Side of S014 Center Road from inlilson Mil_ls Road Approximately 138m1/2 Feet and of ?mprov3.ng the East Side of SON[ Cen.ter Road in the Dedicated Portion Thereof to the Northerly Line of Seneca Road by the Construction of Sidewalks", which Ordinance was read to Council. Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Edelman reported that the Stofcho and Garbas cases would be heard on December 11' 1958, in the Ohio Supreme Court on Motions to Certify the Record. Mr. Strater then reported that the Safety Committee had gone over the By-Laws of the Fire Departanent, that some changes had been made along Li.nes suggested by the Commi.t-tee. Mr. Edelman said that he had a copy of the revised By-Laws but wOU7d have to leage it until the nex-t meeting in ord.er to have time -L- o s tudy t,hem.
