Mr. Edelman then reported that he had a check for paving on the Doster property. Nir. Sloan, seconded by D1r. Mason, then introduced Resolution No. 647, entitled; "A Resolutioiz to Cancal the Installments of Paving Assessmen-ts For Certain Years on Parcel No. 831-38-23 on Seneca Road", which resolution was read to Council. .
