<br />Minutes of the.Regular Meeting <br />Ju1y 19, 1965 <br />The Council of the Village of Nlayfield met in regular meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8:00 P. M. , Mayor Endress presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, P•Iason, Sloan C Belzer. <br />Absent - None. <br />Th.e Nlinutes of the regular meeting of June 21, 1965, were then read to <br />Council: It was moved by D3r. Shaw, seconded by Nir. Mason, that the Minutes of <br />the regular meeting be approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Niessrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, 1--fason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Sloan, reporting for the Architectu.ral l3oard, said that they had met <br />and approved plans f or one split level, one garage and one tool shed and garage. <br />There was some question at this time about a barn on Metro Park f or horsese r1r. <br />Edelman said that there was nothing that he could f.ind in our ordinance that <br />prohibited this. It was though-r that this barn would be 150 feet f rom the baclc <br />line. Mr. Edelman said that, of course, they would have to comply with our <br />Manure Ordinance. <br />Mr. Bennett said that there was nothing to report from the Building <br />Committee, that they were now ready f or the floor in our Service Garage and <br />that the rough plumbong was in, <br />Mra G:al-lcer called attention to the fact that the Bus Stop, which had <br />been the subject of the Welf are Corr,mittee, was now in place on the plot designated. <br />Mr. Belzer said that there had Ueen no meeting of the SaEety and Service <br />Committee. Nire Mason; reporting f or the Planning and Zoning Commission, read their <br />Nlinutes to Council. Mr. Iterber talked with Council at this time on a proposed <br />Medical Building on Sandalwood Drive. Mr. Mason mentioned at this time the <br />Sloan property and called at-tention to the fact that Neroni had purchased this <br />property. Mr. Nlason said that Mr. Neroni would have his p7.ans ready f or the <br />Architectural Board Thursday. Mr. Freedman then tallced of the proposed building <br />on Sandalwood and went over with Council his plans f or this building and showed <br />architectural -drawings of i;he buildin.g. <br />1.
