It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Ordinance No. <br />910 be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Couttcil then asked Mr. Peterson to check <br />Road. Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Walker, then <br />entitled: "A Resolution Authorizing the Servi, <br />Construction of Sidewalks on Wilson Mills Road <br />the Balance Due to May's Construction Company, <br />read to Council. <br />on the Test Tee on Wilson Mills <br />introduced Resolution No. 659 <br />2e Director to Remedy Defeats in <br />and to Deduct the Cost From <br />Inc." which resolution was <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the rules of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspendeda <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that Resolution No. 659 <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None, <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mayor Endress then read the reports from the Depariments to Council. <br />Mrm Emke, living on Seneca Road, then reported some vandalism on his <br />property, saying that he had lived in the Village f our years and was not aware <br />that this went on and asked f or more police, that the money damage was not much; <br />that his mail box had been dragged off into the ditch and that other neighbors <br />were experiencing the same thing. Mayor Endress then spoke of our police levy <br />and said that there was no money available f or additional police, that we had <br />as large a police f orce f or our size as any other municipality. <br />Mr. Kaplan then asked Council if it was necessary to go to the State <br />for a permit f or his development. Mr. Edelman said that he did not think he <br />had to go to the state. Mr. Kaplan said that the State was asking f or a <br />letter f rom the Village aslcing them to examine his plans and approve them. <br />Mr. Edelman said that the Clerk would write such a letter and deliver it to <br />Mr. Kaplan. <br />There being no further business to come bef ore Council, upon motion made <br />and duly put, Council adjourned. <br />Attest: o ? /l lel ?
