r? L Special Council Meeting September 7, 1965 The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in Special Meeting at the Town Hall at 7m30 P. M. on Tuesday, September 7, 1965, pursuant to notice given to all members of Council accorditig to law, Mayor Endress presiding. Roll Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,.Walker, Mason, S1oan & Belzer. Absent - None. Mr. Edelman reported that the meeting had been called because of the Scheer objection and said that he was not going to file a taxpayer's suit; that Council had to modify the note ordinance, Ilr. Mason, seconded by Nlr. Shaw, then introduced Ordinance No. 911 entitled: "An Ordinance to Provide f or the Issue of a Note f or the Improvement of Worton.Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South Woodlane Drive, and Woodlane Drive, Repealing .Ordinance No. 910 Passed August 16, 1965, and Declaring an Emergency", which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Nir. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Ca11: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, 47alker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Nays - Nonee Motion carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Ordinance No. 911 be approved and passed as read, . Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, then introduced Resolution No. 660 entitled: "A Resolution Requesting the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County to Install a Sidewalk on.the East Side of Lander Road", which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried Rules Suspended
