<br />D4inutes of the Regular Meeting <br />September 20, 1965 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Meeting at the <br />Town Iiall at 8s00 P. M., Mayor Endress presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Belzer, <br />Absent - Mr. Walker. <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 16, 1965, were then read to <br />Council. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Bel.zer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Nlotion carried <br />M inutes Approved <br />The Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council of September 7, 1965, were <br />then read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Masott, that <br />the Niinutes of the Special-IKeei:ing be approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Nlotion carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />. It was then moved by Mr. r4ason,seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the salaries <br />fi or this special meeting be waived. Mr. Edelman ruled that this motion was out of <br />order. Mr,.Edelman said that the Councilmen could donate their_salaries to the <br />Village if they so wished. This motion was then withdrawn. <br />Mayor Endress then asked for reports f rom the Committees. Mr. Sloan, <br />reporting for the Architectural Board, said that they had approved a commercial <br />building, a garage and two additions and rejected plans f or two Ryan Homes. <br />Mr. Bennett, reporting for the Building Commiti:ee, said that the new <br />Garage was.moving right along. Mr. Mason asked about using the.'trees on the <br />Sloan property and Mro Bennett said that they could not be used; that they had <br />already taken the gas heater. Mayor Endress then told Mr. Wieland to take the <br />Shrubs from the Sloan property if he could use them. <br />Mr. Belzer said that the Safety and Service Committee did not meet. <br />Mr. Mason, reporting f or the Planning and Zoning Commission, read their <br />Minutes.to Council. Mr. Edelman then reported that Council was waiting f or <br />1.
