PQinutes of the Regular Nieeting February 21, 1956 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the Town Hall at 8:00 P. r1., Mayor Bennett presiding. Roll Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. Absent - None. • The Minutes of the regular meeting of February 21, 1966, were then read to Council. Under paragraph entitled "Mayor read a list of items wanted by the rire Department", it should read: "Mr. Sloan reaq etc." The word "clamp" should be changed to read "ramp".- On the Motion by NIr.-Mason to purchase hose clamps, it should also read "ramps." It was then•moved by Mr. Shaw, and seconded by Mr. Mason, that the Minutes of the regular meeting be approved and passed as corrected. • Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carriecl Minutes.Approved Mr. Harold Friedman, representing Big Four Lumber Company, presented a final plot plan f or approval to be recorded. Mr. Niason, seconded by Mr: Shaw,then introduced Resolution No. 667, entitleda "A Resolution Approving the Fina1 Plan For Aintree Park Subdivision No. 1 f or'Record," which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by M r. Shaw and seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions to be suspended. Ro'll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. Nays - None. P4otion carried - P.u:les Suspended Mr. Shaxa, seconded by Mr. Mason, then moved that Resolution No. 667 be approved-and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. Nays - None. , Motion carried Resolution(Passed Mayor Bennett then asked for reports from committees. NSr.. Sloan,. reporting for the Safety and Service Committee, stated that a meeting was held on February 8, 1966, and read the minutes of that meeting. . 1.
