<br />Mr. Edelman inf ormed the Council that he has filed a motion to docket the
<br />appeal of.Mr. Sheer vse Mayfield Village,. and the. Court of Appeals has docketed
<br />the case. Next step will be toattempt to have the appeal dismissed.
<br />Mr. Edelman recommended that Council proceed with the paving of Lander
<br />Road and extend the assessment over a period of twenty (20) years rather than
<br />ten (10) years, at the request of.the.residents.
