<br />Mr. Walker read a letter from the Suburban Amateur Sports, an organiz-
<br />ation trying to promote athletics in our area f or youths 16 to 21 years of age.
<br />Mr. Sloan, reporting for the Safety and Service Committee, read the
<br />Minutes of the meeting of April 4, 1966. '
<br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mre Busa, moved to purchase a heavy duty 21 inch
<br />rotasy mower at $125 and a 1/2 inch hand drill not to exceed $50a00 f or the
<br />Service Department. , .

<br />Mr. Walker recommended that the question of the purchase of street lights
<br />for the middle of Seneca, Bonnieview, and Glenview be referred to the Finance
<br />Committee.
<br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, moved that the Village proceed with the
<br />re-striping and lining of Village roads not to exceed $600.00.

<br />Police", which was read to Council, .

<br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended,
